The Bernhardt Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Jerry M. Taylor, age 65 of Old Toccoa Rd. in Morganton, GA., passed away on Monday, June 23, 2008.

No funeral services are planned, but the family will meet Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm at Akins Funeral Home in Blue Ridge, GA.

Survivors include life partner, Brenda Brackett of Morganton, daughter, Beth Queen of McCaysville, step daughter, Lisa Adams of Ellijay, sister, Patricia Derreberry of Cookville, TN. and 12 grandchildren.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heartlite Hospice, 1011 Abutment Rd, Suite 108, Dalton, Ga., 30721. Bernhardt Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.bernhardtfh.com.
